PRICES
All prices are shown in NZ dollars. Please note the standard twin share package and single occupancy package is exclusive of flights, transfers and travel insurance.
FLIGHTS
Please ensure that the flights you book are REFUNDABLE airfares as if we do not get the numbers required for each tour we will cancel 14 days prior to departure. Full tour cost will be refunded.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
We highly suggest getting Travel Insurance for the Style & Savour Retreats. If you are unable to travel, it may be possible for you to arrange a replacement traveller on the itinerary. However if you are unable to travel due to a legitimate reason that your insurance policy covers, and you have elected to take the insurance, you may be able to claim for the value of our tour via them. This will be a direct discussion between you and the insurance provider you have chosen.
PAYMENT DETAILS
To secure your spot on tour you will be invoiced for the full amount of the tour price upon booking. This is non-refundable from the time of booking, unless we cancel 14 days prior to departure then you will be reimbursed the full amount.
ACCOMMODATION
Twin share rooms are based on two adults sharing a room in a single bed or queen bed configuration, based on availability. There is no option for 3 or more to share a room. If you choose your own room, you will pay the single occupancy price. The price does not include breakfast. If you wish to add breakfast please advise and we can organise this for you at an additional cost.
Please note that any changes requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
Style and Savour reserve the right to suspend, cancel or modify any of the trip details at any time due to unforeseen circumstances ie. closures, weather, sicknesses etc. Further additional terms may apply as specified by our suppliers, agents or any relevant third parties.
